December- Lake House Near Leesville

This beautiful property presented many of the same issues as homes found near the lakes and rivers of the Leesville, Deridder, and Lake Charles areas: spider webs/egg sacs tucked into the soffit, wasp nests around the windows and in the ledges of the siding, algae on the roof and penetrating into the concrete, and the accumulation of pollen offered by the pine trees. This home presented a greater challenge being raised around 15 feet to avoid damage from the occasional flood, which made the roof cleaning a bit more challenging. We avoid walking on a customer's roof if it can be avoided but the true pleasure of this job was enjoying the beautiful views Louisiana has to offer from a rooftop of such a lovely property. We left this home with an algae-free roof, a nest-free wraparound porch, and spotless windows.
